No, not all of our products are waterproof. However, we do offer a dedicated waterproof model, DURAMAX, with additional waterproof products planned for release in 2026.

We design all of our products to be durable and suitable for job-site use. However, as with many precision tools, a reasonable level of care is required to ensure long-term reliability. We are also actively developing even more robust options, including our DURAMAX range.

Our core products do not support saving pages, as they are designed for quick, on-the-spot cut lists while you’re on the tools. We are currently developing solutions that will allow notes to be saved and shared with others on site, with availability planned for 2026.

Our tools come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a product is damaged due to an accident, we’re still happy to help and will do our best to offer a suitable solution. Please contact us at hello@tradienotes.com.au.
