My experience with Tradie notes has been a great one. I have a dual pad tradie note that just started playing up. Not old & not damaged. I emailed Annabelle & after explaining & testing it all she said she would replace it. I received a new dual pad, pad holder, 2.8mm leads, & a pencil that uses the leads & can write on the pad with its supplied tips. I am going through some health issues & lost my sister recently, so to receive this with so much kindness makes me extremely grateful. 6 stars out of a possible 5 for me. Thankyou Tradie notes they are great gear for the building site & a whole lot more.

The shopping experience was online and very smooth from payment with the parcel being sent out the following day. I had to email a couple of times due to it taking so long , I was met with immediate replies via emails. The problem lay with parcels in transit but was soon rectified. I mention this as I wasn’t ignored being on the other side of the planet and all responses showed a genuine technical support second to non. I will personally use this company again 100%.

I received my note pad calculator combo about 2 weeks ago and wow is this thing handy! I’ve used it every single day since I’ve gotten it and am very pleased. The calculator takes some getting used to, but is such a time saver! Will definitely be buying a few more of these for my crew!

It actually surprised me how tough and great this tape is. I use it everyday as a trim carpenter, and so far its been tough enough to last on my jobs. And the scribble pad is awesome, I can only fit so much, but it beats writing it down on lil on lil pieces of wood. Lol.great product!

First 2 days was a bit funky, but after I unplugged the battery and plugged it back in, and it work like wonders, really good product, feels a little wobbly I would wish the two brackets that hold them would be more sturdy but they are very durable, good product overall!
Dura Max Dual Pad
this dual pad is great. lite easy to use and its never upside down, plus 2 stylus pens, great. clear marking and drawing. lock button so you don't lose yr details. the dual pad max aluminium was a flop for me ,heavy crap screen!! but this dual pad great.

I really like the Fatmax tapes but saw these on instagram and wanted to give it a shot. Feels really nice to use, marks are easy to read and the screen is super convenient. Totally recommend!

I like that the screen is brighter in the sun than shade. I think having a hinge on the long side is better than the short side, so its easier to use both at the same time

G'day — I'm Samuel, a carpenter of eighteen years. I got sick of hunting for offcuts to scribble measurements on, and of numbers going missing between the mark and the saw. The little miscommunications nobody clocks — that's where the money leaks. So I built the tools I wanted in my own tool belt, and since 2023 they've ended up in thousands of them across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA. That's me in the photo.

No, not all of our products are waterproof. However, we do offer a dedicated waterproof model, DURAMAX, with additional waterproof products planned for release in 2026.
We design all of our products to be durable and suitable for job-site use. However, as with many precision tools, a reasonable level of care is required to ensure long-term reliability. We are also actively developing even more robust options, including our DURAMAX range.
Our core products do not support saving pages, as they are designed for quick, on-the-spot cut lists while you’re on the tools. We are currently developing solutions that will allow notes to be saved and shared with others on site, with availability planned for 2026.
Our tools come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a product is damaged due to an accident, we’re still happy to help and will do our best to offer a suitable solution. Please contact us at hello@tradienotes.com.au.
